Snow Birds

All of our properties are available for Snow Birds. Not sure what a "Snow Bird" is? Let us explain… a Snow Bird is usually a retired couple (but not always) from up north (but not always) that come down to the beach to relax for many months during their winter months. The months can range from November thru the end of March. Then they go back home to their "nest". Snow Birds can get some really great rates to rent condos for months at a time, the more months they rent, the better the rate they can get.

We usually are looking for Snow Birds that will rent at least three months (usually January thru March). If you want to add in a November or December on top of that, the rate can drop even further than what we have as published rates.

The LIGHTHOUSE condo Snow Birds will have access to a mailbox key for their units during their stay. There is also a mailbox onsite to post your mail as well.

Because of the Snow Birds length of stay which can be 3 months or more, we can provide an additional cleaning service at their request for an additional expense. Please inquire if interested.
